The 20th ACM Symposium on Document Engineering
Conference Update (April 28, 2020):
The organizing committee has decided to make DocEng 2020 a virtual conference. Publications of both long and short papers will be the same as in previous years and we have extended the submission dates (see the new dates on the call for papers page). In addition to the long and short papers, there will be a late-breaking news track with a later deadline.
In place of presenting in person, author’s will record a video presenting their work. The videos will be made available for conference attendees to view and ask questions to the author. More details to follow. Due to the worldwide participation in DocEng and associated challenges with time zones and reliable connectivity, we will not be holding any live virtual events.
September 29, 2020 to October 2, 2020
San Jose, CA, USA
The 20th ACM Symposium on Document Engineering (DocEng 2020) seeks original research papers that focus on the design, implementation, development, management, use and evaluation of advanced systems where documents and document collections play a key role. DocEng emphasizes innovative approaches to document engineering technology, use of documents and document collections in real-world applications, and novel principles, tools and processes that improve our ability to create, manage, maintain, share, and productively use these. In particular, DocEng 2020 seeks contributions in the area of cooperative work with documents. You are invited to submit original papers to DocEng 2020, to be held in San Jose, CA, USA. Attendees at this international forum have interests that span all aspects of document engineering and applications.
